- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis on potential clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Loan Origination: Originate and process commercial loans, working closely with our underwriting team to ensure timely and accurate loan closings.
- Portfolio Management: Manage and grow our commercial loan portfolio, ensuring that all loans are performing in accordance with our bank's policies and procedures.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in commercial lending, with a strong background in small business lending and community banking.
- Education: A degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- SBA 7A and 504 Experience: Experience with SBA 7A and 504 loans is highly desirable.
- Commercial Credit Training: Formal commercial credit training, with expertise in C&I and CRE products and uses.
- Banking Operations: In-depth knowledge of all aspects of small business banking and an ability to learn new products and services quickly.
