Community-Based Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapist to join our team in providing family support services to children, adolescents, and families in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering MST or MST-PSB services, developing comprehensive individualized safety plans, engaging primary caregivers, and providing family therapy and other interventions as needed.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $54,220-$60,220, depending on degree and licensure, plus a first year sign-on bonus of $2,000 and a second year retention bonus of $4,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver MST or MST-PSB services to a small caseload of youth and families in community settings.
  • Conduct MST assessments, including review of referral information, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of problem behaviors within the ecological context.
