About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers have an excellent shopping experience by providing personalized assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Promote our products and services to customers, maintain a visually appealing store display, and restock shelves as needed.
  • Store Operations: Assist with receiving inventory shipments, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 6-12 months of retail customer service experience required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
