About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. John in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with the healthcare team as needed.
  • Coordinate patient care with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
