Job DescriptionOverview

This role involves handling social and local corporate catering opportunities that exceed the parameters of the Group Sales team within the Sales Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle social and local corporate catering opportunities that exceed the parameters of the Group Sales team
  • Manage sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to coordinate and optimize sales efforts
  • Develop and implement a catering sales plan to address revenue, customers, and market needs
  • Design and develop creative catered events to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Maximize revenue by up-selling packages and creative food and beverage options
  • Manage catering sales revenue and operation budgets, providing forecasting reports as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
