At Soliant Health, we're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with K-12 students, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized therapy plans to address their unique speech and language needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement creative, individualized therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, social communication, and more.
  • Partner with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress, ensuring each individual reaches their communication goals.

Requirements:
  • Eligible for or holding a Virginia SLP license.
  • ASHA certification preferred, but not required.
