Clinical Program Specialist

At ImpediMed, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in defining and demonstrating the value of our programs and products from a clinical perspective.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess clinical workflow requirements and plan, coordinate, and implement to ensure clinical acceptance of ImpediMed products and technology.
- Provide best practices regarding practice integration and product usage for all customers in assigned territory.
- Introduce, promote, and increase the usage of ImpediMed products throughout a customer facility.
- Identify program improvements to enhance existing program adoption, meet customer needs, and increase sales.
- Provide installation, related in-service education, and integration to new customers.
- Provide information through formal presentations to Physicians, Allied Health, and Administration customers that detail the clinical benefits of ImpediMed technology.
- Assist with the collection and dissemination of information or feedback provided by customers.
- Provide product support to users.
- Create agendas and facilitate meetings with stakeholders in a virtual environment.
- Represent ImpediMed at various trade shows.
- Associate's Degree in life sciences field (nursing, physical therapy, or exercise physiology).
- Minimum of five (5) years of Healthcare work experience in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical setting (e.g., nursing, ultrasound tech, physical therapist, occupational therapist, dietitian, etc.).
- Program Management or Project Management experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences.
- Prior experience with a medical device manufacturer preferred.
- Working experience in the field of oncology and lymphedema cancer survivorship preferred.
This is a remote position that is only open to candidates in the state of Ohio. The position requires travel up to 50% (domestic) and must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs and serve as back-up to other CPS in other territories.
The candidate selected for this role will support all of Ohio and the surrounding region. The position is a home-based position in Ohio and requires a dedicated home office work space and stable internet connection.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in relation to travel and operating a personal computer.
This position may require access to patient Protected Health Information (PHI) and may also involve access to electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI).
Those in this position are required to comply with all final regulations including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
