As an Occupational Therapist at Soliant, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure comprehensive care and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities.
- Provide therapy services to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- NBCOT certification.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with diverse populations is an asset.
