Position Overview: As an Occupational Therapist at Soliant, you will provide high-quality therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional abilities.
• Provide therapy services to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with diverse populations is an asset.
