The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000, including bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with the displayed range reflecting the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual compensation is influenced by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Specific salary information for your preferred location will be provided during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Design, pilot, and implement an incentives strategy for content partnerships, including menu and pricing structure, objectives, tools, workflows, and communication training.
- Oversee the design of the incentives model for content partnerships, ensuring alignment with defined business objectives through continuous evaluation and collaboration with cross-functional teams to innovate incentives.
- Collaborate with content partnerships leadership and cross-functional partners to design, shape, launch, and manage incentives objectives and roadmaps.
- Lead project management and change management efforts to successfully launch and integrate cross-segment incentives innovation initiatives with partner teams.
- Identify tools, processes, and automation opportunities that enhance incentives processes, and develop implementation plans to facilitate business delivery on key results.
