Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans, communicating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
