Role Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic individual to manage payroll and accounts payable functions within our hotel operations. This role entails the meticulous entry of bi-weekly payroll, onboarding of new team members, and processing of Accounts Payable invoices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate payroll processing and ensure accuracy
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees
  • Process and code invoices for timely payments
  • Conduct audits of house banks
  • Oversee restaurant and banquet financial activities
  • Handle Tax Exempt Forms
  • Utilize accounting software, preferably NetSuite
  • Ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with InfoGenesis and OnQ PMS is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of Profit and Loss statements
  • Prior experience in hotel accounting is essential
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
