Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of student and staff information maintained in student information systems.
  • Coordinate procedures for issuance of user IDs and passwords for various systems.
  • Enter student "entry" and "leave" data daily and update demographic data as changes are presented.
  • Enter student schedules, adding/dropping students in appropriate sections for all classes.
  • Import Georgia testing identifiers on a regular basis to ensure assignment for each student.
  • Work closely with leadership and data reporting core team members to ensure accuracy on all state and federal reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of students/staff data through the use of various queries and edit reports.
  • Provide training and support for school clerical staff on accessing/updating student information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years clerical/secretarial experience required; experience in data processing preferred.
Working Conditions

This position is located in a normal office environment with routine physical activity associated with normal office work.
