About the Role

As a Valet Parking Host, you'll be responsible for:

  • Guest Arrival and Departure

    • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a positive first impression.

    • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, offering information about hotel amenities.

  • Luggage Assistance

    • Safely handle guests' luggage, transporting it to and from rooms promptly.

    • Offer assistance with carrying luggage and provide information about room features.

  • Valet Parking

    • Collaborate with the valet parking team to ensure a smooth and efficient parking and retrieval process for guests' vehicles.

    • Safely drive and park vehicles, adhering to company and safety standards.

  • Guest Services

    • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

    • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Communication

    • Maintain clear and effective communication with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated guest services.

    • Relay important information about guest preferences and special requests.

  • Safety and Security

    • Monitor the entrance area for any suspicious activity and report concerns promptly.

    • Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and their belongings.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Valet Parking Host, you'll need:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to Pass Background Check and MVR Check
  • Physical Ability to Lift and Transport Luggage
  • Flexibility to Work Varied Shifts
