Job Overview

About the Job

This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in early childhood development and/or education, along with at least two years of experience working with infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Planning: Work with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum that reflects Quaker values and meets the needs of children.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a safe and organized learning environment that promotes children's physical, social-emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with families and staff members to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development and/or Education.
  • At least two years of experience working with infants and toddlers.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
