We are seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our team as School Crossing Guards - Safety Specialists. As a School Crossing Guard - Safety Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of children in your community. You will be responsible for facilitating safe crossings for students, parents, and school staff at designated locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely guide pedestrians across designated intersections or crosswalks
- Monitor traffic flow and stop vehicles as needed to ensure safe crossings
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and drivers to promote safety
- Maintain compliance with all safety practices
Compensation:
School Crossing Guards - Safety Specialists earn a competitive hourly rate plus bonus time for each shift worked. Shifts are available before and after school. If both shifts are worked, you will work 1.5 hours per day, but paid 3 hours per day.
Requirements:
- This position often requires short response times to the job site, so candidates in or adjacent to the area are preferred.
