Making Opportunity Count is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our childcare program in multiple locations. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate program that contributes to children's overall growth, self-esteem, and social competence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individual goals for children and provide ongoing assessment of progress
- Facilitate transition to preschool and/or kindergarten
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program
Requirements:
- AA Degree in Early Education or related field with 6 ECE classes
- EEC Lead Teacher certificate
- Exhibit cultural sensitivity
- Bi-lingual a plus
