Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to join our team at BD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and quality across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Provide technical and business expertise to support process improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain process maps and value stream maps to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead kaizen workshops to drive cultural change and process improvement
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure process performance
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Marketing required; Master's degree or PhD preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, failure investigations, CAPAs, and QMS
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device industries, including experience in FDA or other regulated environments
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business and strategic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership qualities and ability to inspire and motivate teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change Management certified professional – Prosci - ADKAR, Kotter, etc.
  • Strong technical background
  • R&D experience is a plus
