Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of SCF's programs and services.
Preferred Qualifications

For the Supervisor II role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience as a Supervisor I.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
