To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SCF's programs and services.
For the Supervisor II role, you will need:
- At least two years of experience as a Supervisor I.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance.
As a condition of employment, you will be required to comply with SCF's Employee Health Procedure. This includes agreeing to undergo job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment.
