Teller Supervisor

Mac Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising staff, providing guidance and support, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Provide staff training and development, conduct morning and evening staff huddles, and approve transactions and authorizations.
• Handle complex member inquiries and issues, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and problem-solving skills.
• Be knowledgeable of MAC's products and services, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information to members.
• Develop and maintain member service standards, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with MAC's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all member service activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to address members' needs and improve the overall member experience.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses by vendors, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
• Typically supervises 3-15 employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
