Developmental Disabilities Support Worker

- Assist participants with daily living skills, including meal preparation and personal care.
- Develop and implement recreational activities that meet individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress and update care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with care coordinators, families, and other team members to ensure seamless support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Six months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
- Must meet agency insurance criteria for operating vehicles on agency business.
This role involves medium work, requiring exertion up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly. The successful candidate must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, push, pull, lift, stoop, crouch, reach, and talk.
