The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Quality Technician to join our team, responsible for executing daily production quality tasks, including inspections and quality control checklists. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and experience in production or a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute production inspection protocols, capture problem statements, and initiate nonconformity reports.
- Ensure testing has occurred and meets expectations, documenting and retesting as necessary.
- Perform final quality inspection protocols and ensure packing and shipping procedures are followed.
- Gather and create records of production quality and testing results.
- Act as the first point of escalation for production quality questions, initiating production nonconformities and monitoring deviations.
- 1-3 years of experience in a production or similar environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
