Job Summary

LeadCar Toyota La Crosse is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Toyota Express Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest level of quality and integrity in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
  • Work closely with our Service Advisors to ensure accurate and efficient completion of repair orders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Automotive experience or equivalent education preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license required.
