As a Senior Esthetics Specialist at Hand & Stone, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Esthetics Department's operations
  • Achieving all Esthetics and Retail Sales objectives set by management
  • Training, monitoring, and coaching Estheticians
  • Managing inventory and supply usage for professional and retail products
  • Delivering exceptional service to clients through high-quality treatments
  • Working full-time, approximately 30-35 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
  • Participating in training programs, conferences, and professional development opportunities
  • Assisting in event planning
  • Conducting regular meetings with management and Esthetics staff
  • Providing monthly performance updates to the Esthetics team
  • Conducting quarterly evaluations for Licensed Estheticians
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in retail and sales
  • Experienced Esthetician with skills in facials, microdermabrasion, waxing, and other skin care services
  • Must maintain liability insurance
  • Familiarity with Dermalogica and/or Clarity products is advantageous
  • Comprehensive understanding of spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians
  • Previous training experience is preferred
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
