KVC Health Systems is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Success Specialist to join our team. As a Student Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of youth in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to youth in achieving their academic goals, including tutoring and study groups as needed.
- Collaborate with youth treatment teams to ensure comprehensive support and address any challenges that may arise.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of youth in our care, including crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
- Develop and implement recreational activities that promote social skills, life skills, and academic achievement.
- Communicate effectively with youth, families, and community partners to ensure seamless support and services.
- Document all interactions and progress, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience working with teens and/or training in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of de-escalation techniques and CPR/First Aid certification.
