Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure environments using VMware's suite of products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administer and support multiple VMware Cloud Foundation environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Optimize performance of the VCF stack and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Configure and manage vCloud Director, NSX-T, ESXi hosts, and VSAN storage, implementing network and security policies, NAT, BGP Routing, and Load Balancing using NSX-T.
  • Develop and maintain virtual data centers, implement network and security policies, and maintain SDDC best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to VCF, vCloud Director, NSX-T, ESXi, VSAN, and SDDC, working with VMware support and other vendors as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience required; 6+ years of related experience or Master's degree and 4+ years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of networking routing and security concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Experience with additional VMware products and solutions, automation and orchestration tools in a VMware environment, and cloud management platforms and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VMware Cloud Foundation Specialist.
