Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the scheduling and supervision of laboratory personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the quality and safety of blood products, adhering to regulatory guidelines and standards.
  • Supervise and train laboratory personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Immunohematology/Blood Bank.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Blood Donor Center experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of AABB, CAP, and FDA regulatory guidelines for the Transfusion Service and Blood Center.
