Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Planning and Analysis Officer to join our team at Integral Ad Science. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, extensive financial modeling experience, and advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial applications. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing analysis and reporting for key stakeholders, investors, and banks, as well as creating and managing reporting for our Board of Directors.

  • Develop and oversee analysis and reporting for key stakeholders, investors, and banks.
  • Create and manage reporting for Board of Directors, define key performance indicators, and develop audience-appropriate reports.
  • Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and long-term three statement models.
  • Partner with our Chief Strategy Office on M&A and business development deals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
  • Extensive financial modeling experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial applications.
  • Intacct accounting software experience a plus.
  • Database comfort level desirable.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the finance function.
  • Proactive work ethic and ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Education

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required, and an MBA and/or CPA are highly desirable.
