Key Responsibilities
The Veterinary Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting Veterinarians with animal care. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting during initial assessments by safely restraining animals when necessary.
  • Stocking examination and surgical areas with essential supplies.
  • Sterilizing instruments and ensuring all equipment is functional.
  • Maintaining clear communication with pet owners and updating patient records.
