Job Title: Pilates Reformer Instructor

Job Summary:
The SKY Family YMCA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Reformer Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and physically appropriate group exercise classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and challenging Pilates Reformer classes that cater to diverse fitness levels.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of class attendance, participant feedback, and progress.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote a positive and inclusive fitness community.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates Reformer techniques and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • CPR/First Aid/AED certifications required.
  • Appropriate fitness certification (e.g., Pilates Reformer, Group Fitness).
  • One year or more of experience in fitness instruction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
