The Overnight Guest Services Specialist will provide exceptional service to our guests by checking them in, answering phone calls, taking reservations, and responding to guest requests and emergencies. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.

You will process invoices, reconcile accounts, balance the cash drawer, and log receipts. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve any discrepancies in accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with forecasting and auditing.

A minimum of 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor is required. Excellent computer, customer service, and communication skills are essential. Prior experience with Opera is a plus.
