Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Octagon Consulting LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering tailored staffing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals, resulting in $80,000 in annual revenue.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Solution Selling: Develop customized staffing solutions to address client requirements, presenting and negotiating service agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality talent.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales quotas, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions and workforce trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
