Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and provide direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures.
- Orient, instruct, and supervise personnel to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Report any changes in resident condition or unusual situations to the Nursing Supervisor.
- Assume responsibility for ongoing self-development to enhance quality resident care.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in caring for older adults in acute and long-term care settings.
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona or compact state.
- Health Care Provider CPR, required.
- Valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
