Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair complex tooling to ensure optimal production efficiency
  • Inspect finished dies and tools for defects, smoothness, and contour deformities
  • Verify tooling and fixturing meet quality requirements
  • Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
  • Perform other related duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in operating a manual mill
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience operating 3-axis CNC milling equipment is preferred
  • Extensive experience with metalworking tools, including drills, milling machines, grinders, and lathes
  • Ability to understand GD&T requirements
  • Basic shop math skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with team members
