Key Responsibilities
The Practical Nursing Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and performing skilled nursing tasks in patients' homes. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing services in accordance with state nursing regulations and the established care plan.
  • Documenting patient progress and submitting reports to the agency on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring and communicating the patient's health status to the supervising nurse or physician.
  • Educating the patient's family on care procedures and maintaining a healthy environment.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • A valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • CPR Certification.
