Phoenix Investors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to lead our team in Endicott, NY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple cross-functional teams related to safety, general maintenance, facilities, construction projects, structuring organization personnel, campus financials, property management, and leasing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate staff capabilities and identify gaps to prioritize development activities.
- Select, coach, inspire, motivate, and develop a team while setting objectives that align with company strategy.
- Design and implement processes for team and individual performance recognition and feedback.
- Manage meetings with leasing, facilities, property management, and engineering to ensure project tasks and schedules are communicated effectively.
- Oversee large-scale construction projects to drive improvements and meet key milestones on scheduling, budgeting, and resources.
- Enforce corrective actions when necessary and communicate with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- Experience in adaptive re-use of commercial industrial buildings.
- Experience with commercial/industrial construction projects, facilities, and maintenance.
