Job Title: Respiratory Nurse - Med Surg Unit

Job Summary:

The Respiratory Nurse - Med Surg Unit is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for individuals with respiratory and medical surgical conditions. This role requires strong critical thinking and communication skills to provide effective care and education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate patient care interventions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances
  • CPR certification
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical surgical unit
