Job Summary

We are seeking Sales Consultants to join our team and potentially grow into leadership roles. Initially, you will work with Sr. Account Managers to generate homeowner interest, while learning the products and process. As you become familiar with the role, you will be responsible for generating homeowner interest and closing deals independently, with an increase in commission payout. After a year of employment and meeting performance expectations, you will be eligible for a built-in promotion and another raise in commissions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, opening your own office, training, and managing your own team of Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with Sr. Account Managers to generate homeowner interest and close deals
- Learn the products and process, with opportunities for growth and advancement
- Generate homeowner interest and close deals independently, with increased commission payout
- Eligible for built-in promotion and raise in commissions after a year of employment
- Potential to grow into leadership role, opening own office and managing team

Requirements

- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation
- Personable and organized, with ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation, cell phone, and laptop required
- Backgrounds in Sales, Real Estate, Business Development, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Bartending, Serving, Environmental Sciences, Door-to-door marketing, Social media marketing, recruiting, etc. are strongly encouraged to apply
