Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team As a Kitchen Assistant at Amaro's Table, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all food preparation areas are sanitized and ready for production. About the Role

This position involves a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading dish machines, washing and storing tableware, and maintaining adequate levels of clean equipment. You will also be responsible for properly labeling and replenishing chemicals, as well as handling tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading dish machines
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Properly labeling and replenishing chemicals
  • Handling tableware with care

Requirements:
  • No previous restaurant experience required
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment
  • Physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods
