Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse

At CorsoCare, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Hospice RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to terminally ill patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and reassess the nursing needs of Hospice patients
  • Provide dietary counseling and Hospice nursing services
  • Initiate nursing procedures and treatments as needed
  • Teach and supervise patients and family members on providing care
  • Develop and re-evaluate patient/family care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and follow HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, preferred
  • Active patient contact within the past three years, preferred
