About the Role

We are seeking passionate Paramedics who share our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and building strong community relationships. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with allied health professionals and public safety personnel to provide advanced medical care in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess call situations and determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols.
  • Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures to provide advanced medical care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given.
  • Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for scene and unit management as needed.
  • Drive ambulances on 911 responses.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • State Paramedic License
  • State Driver's License
  • BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications
  • Driving record in compliance with company policy
  • Pass Physical Agility Test
  • Some work experience, preferably in healthcare

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a salary range of $27.06 - $42.37 DOE, with an average salary of approximately $35.71 per hour. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance with a full-time one-year commitment. Our benefits package includes:
