About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts' MetroWest Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of nursing interventions. They will also supervise staff to ensure that care is delegated appropriately and provide support to the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications safely and in a timely manner
  • Perform HICS responsibilities as directed by the facility
  • Know hospital emergency codes and adhere to policies and procedures

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy
  • AHA BLS certification and ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP certifications if applicable

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
