Position Overview: We are seeking a mechanical/aerospace engineer (or a related discipline) to contribute to the advancement of hardware projects throughout their entire lifecycle. This includes initiating requirements gathering, developing concepts, executing detailed designs, overseeing manufacturing processes, and conducting testing and commissioning. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic start-up atmosphere and will be eager to collaborate with a compact, high-achieving, and hands-on team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of practical engineering experience (including internships, laboratory work, or personal/team projects)
- Strong understanding of design principles
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Adaptability to a hands-on, rapidly changing environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant engineering experience (including internships, laboratory work, or personal/team projects)
