Job Summary

Swiss Precision Machining, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain multiple Swiss Turning Lathes in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain multiple CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of parts.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and geometric dimension tolerancing (GDT) to produce parts to specifications.
  • Inspect parts using visual and manual inspection equipment, as well as programmed CMM equipment.
  • Communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth production and quality control.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a Swiss Turning Lathe environment.
  • Strong team-focused attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GDT.
  • Ability to inspect parts using various equipment.
  • Complete Operation Basics Training.
