- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our building material products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with their building material needs, providing quotes, estimates, and recommendations as needed.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and installation of products.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for customers when needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to drive sales growth, share knowledge, and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of related experience or training preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in the building materials/construction industry; 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
