Job Title: Banquet Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Manchester Country Club. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests during events and functions. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare function sites and ensure meeting rooms are set according to specifications.
  • Serve food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
  • Set dining tables, buffets, and other service areas as directed.
  • Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
  • Maintain a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
  • Assist in inventory control and monitoring waste in the banquet or catering area.
  • Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three months of banquet setting and service experience and/or training.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
