About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Global E-commerce team at TikTok. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects and driving the end-to-end delivery of new products and features to market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, define milestones, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or Scrum Master, ensuring efficient collaboration and effective communication.
  • Create and maintain roadmaps and feature lists for the teams you work closely with, in collaboration with Tech and Product leaders.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize collaboration and tool usage, providing training and support as needed.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making to continuously improve project delivery and process efficiency.
  • Embody our team's culture and principles, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or above, with 5+ years of project delivery or process optimization experience, preferably with a technical background.
  • Strong understanding of project frameworks and data-driven mindset, with Agile experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects in parallel, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global team, preferably in a multi-time zone and multi-culture setting.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Passion for the Internet industry and willingness to grow with the company, learning from emerging global issues and challenges.
