Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer II to join our team at CommonSpirit Health. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage patients in various diagnostic cardiology and/or peripheral vascular exams, including Vascular Imaging, Cardiac Imaging, and Noninvasive Cardiac Testing.
  • Gather patients' clinical history and assess patients for procedures.
  • Educate patients while maintaining confidentiality in a safe environment.
  • Perform value-added services to help patients feel at ease.
  • Complete continuing education and opportunities to assist other Cardiology locations and departments with growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or equivalent clinical job training.
  • Required Licensure: RVS, RCS.
  • Basic Life Support with American Heart Association.
