Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled People Leader to support leading a team of product samplers inside of a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule, audit, and coach a team of up to 25 part-time Product Demonstrators and Juicers.
  • Build and lead a dynamic team to deliver effective customer engagement techniques with an emphasis on food safety and overall customer experience.
  • Perform and manage demonstration operations onsite and work in cooperation with the retail management to facilitate daily compliance and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience leading in an execution-centric environment.
  • Food safety experience, Fast Food experience beneficial.
  • Customer-facing comfort level with a pleasant personal demeanor.
  • Active role requires lifting, standing and wide range of motion.
