About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to become a vital part of our maintenance and reliability team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence of our facilities.

Your Responsibilities
As an Electrical Engineer, you will:

  • Contribute to establishing a safe working environment across all manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee electrical installations to ensure safe and reliable operations.
  • Define predictive and preventative maintenance activities based on industry standards and equipment strategies.
  • Lead root cause analysis initiatives to minimize equipment downtime and repair costs.
  • Assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and preparation of safety procedures.
  • Continuously enhance existing maintenance and reliability strategies.
  • Engage in international networks for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Act as the site focal point for electrical design and safety in projects.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably electrical engineering.
  • Fluency in both English and German, written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in SAP PM Module.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard equipment.
